Terms of Service

This agreement is a legal contract between you and Kuailian VPN (the 'Service Provider') governing the download, installation, and use of the mobile acceleration application (the 'App').

By downloading or using this App, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the terms of this agreement. Please review them carefully before use. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute this App or its related trademarks without authorization. Reverse engineering, source extraction, unauthorized translation of app text, or the creation of derivative versions is prohibited. All intellectual property rights in this App remain with the Service Provider. To maintain service quality, we may adjust functionality or pricing from time to time, and any fee changes will be clearly communicated. Users remain responsible for device security and account confidentiality. We strongly advise against jailbreaking or rooting devices, as doing so can weaken platform security, impair service operation, or increase exposure to malware.

This Service relies on certain necessary third-party services, including tools such as Google Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. Your use of those components may also be subject to the relevant third parties' own service terms.

Service limitations: this App depends on a functioning network connection, whether Wi-Fi or mobile data. If the service cannot be used because of unpaid carrier bills, exhausted data allowances, weak signal conditions, or other local network issues, the Service Provider is not responsible for that interruption. When you use the App outside Wi-Fi, your mobile carrier may charge for data traffic. If you enable roaming outside your home country without an appropriate plan, any resulting roaming fees remain your responsibility. Please ensure you have the bill payer's permission before using the App in such cases.

Users remain responsible for their own usage decisions. For example, if service access fails because a device battery is depleted, that does not create a compensation obligation for us. While we strive to provide accurate routing information, some inputs come from third-party partners, and we do not accept legal responsibility for direct or indirect losses arising from those external data sources. To maintain compatibility and security, the App may release updates from time to time, and you agree to install updated versions when reasonably necessary. The Service Provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate the App service without prior notice where needed. If the service is terminated, your license to use the App ends and you must stop using and delete the App.

The terms and conditions of this agreement may be updated periodically. Please review this page for the latest version. Changes become effective on the date they are published (current version effective date: October 4, 2025).
